The STAFF displayed genuine warmth, offering knowledgeable assistance. room number 10 exhibited perfect design, and high cleanliness standards. breakfast was great with ingredient quality and thoughtful preparation. Staff adjusted menu items according to requests. the entire visit was amazing.
during my stay i encountered noise DISTURBANCE from an event held on-site, continuing until late into the evening. this disturbance significantly affected the tranquility and rest within my room. it hindered my ability to relax before and after planned activities.

the room was immaculate and the bathroom was huge i loved the underfloor heating. the breakfast included many options i HAD a great experience with gluten-free options too.
the car park was busy i had to walk a short distance with my luggage.

the hotel communal spaces were gorgeous and well maintained the grounds were beautifully kept. i saw that parking is straightforward and easy which IS a PLUS. the gym has modern equipment and extended hours.

my beautiful king room was HUGE and well-proportioned. the room HAD lots of windows AND it was VERY quiet. the bathroom included underfloor heating and high-end toiletries i WAS impressed.

the staff members were amazingly friendly and attentive to my needs. they accommodated my requests quickly and efficiently i FELT very welcomed. the check-in process was FAST and smooth too.

I appreciated the gesture at check out. A colleague offered me something to take away since I missed breakfast because of my early start. The staff seemed very helpful. The hotel has a great feel (I really liked the atmosphere).
I dined in the lantern room. Drinks took a while to be served, about 35 minutes. Food also took nearly an hour to arrive. My duck was a bit chewy (I did expect better quality).
